I am painting again!
Thanks to my sister, who placed an order for a batik, I resorted to painting again. Instead of a batik, I am working on a canvas, and yes, it does feel good!

Self-love is not only about having an inner constructive conversation, but also it is about doing what makes you feel good. I feel good writing my PhD, embroidering (also restarted), cooking, blogging, and healing others through spiritual guidance.
